Beta text. Simmer is in a public beta, and this page will be reviewed and updated before the full launch.
These terms apply to Simmer, a word game run by THE REACHED s.r.o., Senec, Slovakia. By playing you accept them.
A free public beta
Simmer is free during the beta. Things may change, break or be reset while we improve the game. For example, puzzle numbers will be renumbered for the full launch. We will try to keep your games and streaks, but we cannot promise it during the beta.
Simmer Pro
Simmer Pro, an optional paid upgrade, is not available yet, and nothing in Simmer can be bought today. If you ask to be notified, we store that request with your account and send you one message when Pro launches. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Before Pro goes on sale, these terms will be updated with its price, how payments and renewals work, and the refund policy.
Playing fair
Play for fun. Do not use automated tools to guess or to collect the answers, do not try to break or overload the service, and do not use group names or display names that are offensive or impersonate someone. We may remove such names, groups or accounts.
Your account
You can play as a guest. If you save your progress, keep access to your email or Google account, because that is how you sign in again. You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your data.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is, without guarantees that it is always available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.
